I’d like to take a moment and mark the passing of something of a landmark in my and my wife’s life – we’ve finally become full-time, active clients of the adoption agency we decided to work with.

It was a long, difficult path to get to this point and the person it was most difficult on was my wife.
It’s been about two and a half years since we started on the quest to become parents and my wife’s strength and ability to withstand the difficulties, setbacks, and great pains has been heroic. I don’t know what child we’ll end up with, but I can tell that person they’re going to have a lioness as a mother.
Now, back to our regularly scheduled Internet boobies.
