Another week another trip into the laundry room to give the resting bottles a dusting. Clarity and pressure in the bottles remains unchanged from last week but the silt layer on the bottom seems to be a little less sensitive to movement.

This past week brought no visible change to the beer as it continued to condition in the bottles in our laundry room.

I haven’t written much about my dieting lately, but it’s still on-track and in the right direction.

For the past week since I bottled the Witty Monk, the bottles have been resting comfortably on a shelf in our laundry room.
